‘All Out Cricket Coaching’ has been sponsoring Acomb Junior Cricket Club since 2007. They aim to help boys and girls of all ages and abilities ‘learn, play and enjoy cricket’ and successfully passed an OFSTED inspection in April 2018 recognising the fact that they provide a safe and inclusive learning environment. Their cricket camps run across all school holidays and they work on technical aspects of batting, bowling and fielding whilst also allowing children to participate in fun interactive games such as pavilion cricket, diamond cricket, and dodgeball. They also carry out hard ball nets and hard ball games such as ’The Ashes’ for those who are more confident. They also carry out sports camps at the same venue alongside the cricket camps.
A full day on camp is 830am – 4pm or you can pick your child up at a time that is more convenient between these hours. Please note that the standard price for camps is £20 per day or £70 for the week (each camp is 4 days) and childcare vouchers are accepted as a form of remittance. As junior ‘All Stars cricket’ is a new ECB initiative, All Out Cricket Coaching are happy to offer any new child a place on the May half term cricket camp for £10 per day and in line with the recent ‘girls in sport’ day, in order to try and increase female participation in sport they are also doing a ‘2 for 1’ offer for all girls who bring ‘a buddy’.
